Terms of Use

1. Use of the App

RNG Lite is a random number generator application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the App:

• For any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• To harm, exploit, or endanger others

Random Number Generation

The App generates pseudo-random numbers for general purposes such as games, decisions, and entertainment. The random numbers generated should not be used for:

• Cryptographic purposes
• Security-sensitive applications
• Gambling where prohibited by law
• Any purpose requiring true randomness

We make no guarantees about the statistical properties of generated numbers beyond general-purpose use.

2. Subscriptions

RNG Lite Pro

The App offers a premium subscription ("RNG Lite Pro") that unlocks additional features including unlimited history, export functionality, and customisation options.

Subscription Options

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally paid.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods and you will be notified in advance.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Michael Ebimomi and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without prior written consent

4. User Data

All data you create within the App (number history, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MICHAEL EBIMOMI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of goodwill
• Any other intangible losses

resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michael Ebimomi from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
